How quickly will someone get back to me?
We aim to respond to all calls and emails within one business day. During the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 through December 7), response times may be slightly longer, but we will always follow up.
Do I have to live near your office to work with you?
No. We work with Medicare beneficiaries throughout Michigan — from the Detroit metro and Grand Rapids to Lansing and beyond. Most consultations happen by phone or video, so location is never a barrier.
